Last updated: July 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tablebase ("Tablebase", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://tablebase.co, contact us, book a discovery call, or discuss a potential consulting engagement.
This policy applies to the Tablebase website and the enquiries and bookings made through it. A separate agreement may apply to information processed while delivering consulting services to a client.
Who We Are
Tablebase is an independent software consultancy focused on mobile applications, SDKs, backend systems, platform integrations, performance, security, and technical delivery. Tablebase is responsible for deciding how and why the personal information described in this policy is used.
For general enquiries or questions about this policy, contact hello@tablebase.co. You may also contact tanya.masvita@tablebase.co directly.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to understand an enquiry, arrange a conversation, evaluate a potential engagement, and operate the website safely.
Contact enquiries.
When you use the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, company name if you choose to provide it, and the message you send. If you email us directly, we collect your email address and the information contained in your message, signature, and any attachments.
Discovery-call bookings.
The website includes an embedded Cal.com booking form. When you book a call, we receive the information you enter, which may include:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company and company website
- Your selected date, time, and time zone
- Any guests you add to the booking
- The product, technical challenge, or outcome you would like to discuss
Consulting and business information.
If an enquiry progresses, we may collect professional contact details, your role, project requirements, technical context, proposal feedback, and other information needed to scope or manage the relationship. Please do not place credentials, production data, confidential source code, regulated data, or other sensitive information in the website forms. We can agree on an appropriate secure channel if that information becomes necessary.
Information collected automatically.
When you visit the website, our hosting infrastructure and server logs may automatically record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events. We use this information to deliver and secure the website, investigate faults, and prevent misuse. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Embedded Services
Tablebase does not use analytics, advertising, or remarketing trackers on this website. We use session storage only to remember that the introductory animation has played during your current browser session. This does not identify you and is removed when the session ends.
The Cal.com booking form is a third-party embedded service. Loading or using it may allow Cal.com to collect technical and usage information and to use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices. You can review the Cal.com Privacy Policy before booking. Blocking third-party cookies or scripts may affect the booking form, but you can always contact us by email.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only where there is a clear reason connected to an enquiry, booking, consulting relationship, website operation, or legal requirement. This includes:
- Responding to enquiries and understanding your product, technical context, delivery goals, and support needs.
- Scheduling and managing discovery calls, including sending confirmations, calendar invitations, and meeting updates.
- Assessing fit, preparing proposals, defining scope, and taking steps toward a consulting engagement at your request.
- Managing an active or prospective client relationship and maintaining relevant business records.
- Operating, maintaining, and securing the website, preventing misuse, and diagnosing technical problems.
- Complying with applicable law, responding to lawful requests, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Depending on the circumstances, we process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and developing the consultancy, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent where consent is required.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, marketing profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
How We Share Your Information
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the limited situations described below, and only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers: website hosting, scheduling, calendar, video-conferencing, email, and form-delivery providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. In particular, booking details are processed through Cal.com and may be added to the connected calendar and meeting service.
- Professional advisers: accountants, legal advisers, or other professional advisers may receive information where reasonably necessary to support the consultancy or protect legal rights.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose your information where we are required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities such as a court or government agency, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
- Business transfers: if Tablebase is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
International Transfers
The providers that support the website, communications, and booking process may store or process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires it, we use reasonable contractual or other safeguards for these transfers. Cal.com states that information may be processed in the United States; its own privacy policy explains its transfer practices in more detail.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up, assess an engagement, maintain the business relationship, and meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security requirements. The retention period depends on whether an enquiry becomes a client engagement and on any applicable contractual or legal duties.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to the nature of the information we hold. No internet service, email system, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use an agreed secure channel for confidential client or production information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal information:
- The right to access the personal information we hold about you
- The right to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information
- The right to request deletion of your personal information
- The right to object to or restrict certain processing
- The right to receive or transfer certain information in a portable format, where applicable
- The right to withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
- The right to complain to the data-protection authority in your country or region
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@tablebase.co. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and that we may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or another lawful basis to do so.
